Prohibited Actions: Users may not publish, display, or modify course content without prior written permission.
Consequences of Infringement: Unauthorized use of course materials may lead to legal action and immediate termination of access without a refund.

Expected Behavior: Engage respectfully, communicate constructively, and avoid disrupting others’ learning experience.
Prohibited Behavior:

Harassment, hate speech, offensive language, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.
Self-promotion or spamming within course communities or discussion boards.
Sharing other students’ personal information without consent.

Consequences for Violations: Violating these guidelines may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the course without a refund.

No Guarantee of Success: Success depends on the student’s efforts, skills, market conditions, and dedication.
Non-Liability for Business Outcomes: The Business of Skin course and Jillian Wright are not responsible for specific business outcomes, such as revenue, client retention, or growth, resulting from the course.

Data Collection and Use: Personal data such as name, email, and payment information is collected solely for course registration, support, and communication purposes.
Privacy and Security: All personal data is securely stored and will only be used for course-related purposes or future updates and promotions, with consent.
Opt-Out Options: Students can unsubscribe from marketing communications or request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a student’s access if they violate these terms.
Immediate Termination Without Refund: Unauthorized sharing, distributing proprietary content, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Student-Initiated Termination: If a student cancels enrollment after the 14-day refund period, no refunds will be issued.

Right to Modify: We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
Notification of Changes: Students will be notified of any changes via email, within the course dashboard, or on the course website.
Continued Use Equals Acceptance: By continuing to access the course after modifications, students accept the updated terms.

Scope of Liability: Our liability for any claims related to course content, access issues, or business outcomes resulting from the course is limited to the amount paid for the course.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to the course.
No Warranties: The course is provided “as-is,” with no express or implied warranties regarding its effectiveness, content accuracy, or applicability to individual situations.
