- Consequences of Infringement: Unauthorized use of course materials may lead to legal action and immediate termination of access without a refund.
2. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
- Expected Behavior: Engage respectfully, communicate constructively, and avoid disrupting others’ learning experience.
- Prohibited Behavior:
- Harassment, hate speech, offensive language, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.
- Self-promotion or spamming within course communities or discussion boards.
- Sharing other students’ personal information without consent.
- Consequences for Violations: Violating these guidelines may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the course without a refund.
3. Disclaimer of Results
- No Guarantee of Success: Success depends on the student’s efforts, skills, market conditions, and dedication.
- Non-Liability for Business Outcomes: The Business of Skin course and Jillian Wright are not responsible for specific business outcomes, such as revenue, client retention, or growth, resulting from the course.
4. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection and Use: Personal data such as name, email, and payment information is collected solely for course registration, support, and communication purposes.
- Privacy and Security: All personal data is securely stored and will only be used for course-related purposes or future updates and promotions, with consent.
- Opt-Out Options: Students can unsubscribe from marketing communications or request data deletion at any time by contacting support.
5. Termination of Access
- Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a student’s access if they violate these terms.
- Immediate Termination Without Refund: Unauthorized sharing, distributing proprietary content, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
- Student-Initiated Termination: If a student cancels enrollment after the 14-day refund period, no refunds will be issued.
6. Amendments to Terms
- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
- Notification of Changes: Students will be notified of any changes via email, within the course dashboard, or on the course website.
- Continued Use Equals Acceptance: By continuing to access the course after modifications, students accept the updated terms.

- Scope of Liability: Our liability for any claims related to course content, access issues, or business outcomes resulting from the course is limited to the amount paid for the course.
